Summer in Sevilla ... Enough said. Many of us are scattering around the globe seeking more reasonable weather, while those remaining in the city are hunkering down in places with  air conditioning. Wherever you are, we invite you to join in Resistance Summer by working with the PAGE Action Plans. Check out these highlights from this week's plan.

PROGRESSIVE ACTION GLOBAL EXCHANGE (PAGE) ACTION PLAN
This week's priority: Act Against Hate, simple actions you can do now oppose the rise of groups that promote extreme hate, nationalism, xenophobia and white supremacy, in Europe, American, and elsewhere.

• Learn about (one of the) Nationalist, Xenophobic Movements in the United States: "Marches against Sharia" took place in 25+ US cities on Saturday, June 10. These marches represent yet another step in the demonization and promotion of violence against Muslims, Arabs, and immigrants.
  • Learn more from this press release from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
  • Donate your time or money to CAIR or to SAALT, two leading civil rights organizations in the US. If you can't donate, follow them on Twitter and thank them for their work.
• Research hate group(s) in your city of residence. If you live in Europe, there might be a branch of the Identitarian movement, which is considered the alt-right of Europe. This group has been raising money for a horrific campaign targeting refugees trying to cross the Mediterranean.
  • Consider donating to this fundraiser which aims to counter the Identitarian campaign against refugee boats.
