Welcome back to the American Resistance Sevilla newsletter!
When we took a break late in the summer, the idea was to relax a bit and restart the project in September. But the political news kept moving so fast ... it was like trying to jump onto a moving train.
Whatever emerges from the smoking ruins after the impeachment process, we need to focus on restoring stable and responsible government. That starts with the elections this November, in just a couple of weeks!

• Are you registered? Are you sure?
• Will you receive your ballot? Overseas voters need to send an FPCA every year. The FPCA can be completed online, or by a hard copy. Once you complete the form, sign and send to your state election office. Each state has its own rules; I am registered in Maine, and was able to complete the process entirely online. (Mail from Spain requires overseas postage, the C stamp.) Look up the address of your local election office.
• What is on your ballot this November? Look up the issues and candidates in your state and local elections—and get your ballots in the mail!
